WARRANTY POLICY

Limited Warranty – TrivesGo AIR

The TrivesGo AIR is covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized sales channels.

Amazon Purchases

If the product was purchased through Amazon:

  • Within the first 30 days after delivery, returns and replacements must be handled directly through Amazon, according to Amazon’s return policy

  • After 30 days, customers must contact TrivesGo directly for warranty support

Important Notice for European Union Customers

This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, the statutory rights of consumers under applicable national laws.

Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects under normal use conditions

  • Failures in key components, including motor, battery, and internal systems

  • Functional issues not caused by external damage or misuse

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, drops, impacts, or improper handling

  • Exposure to water, liquids, chemicals, hair dyes, bleaches, or excessive heat

  • Use of the device in any manner not described in the user manual

  • Damage caused by dirt buildup or clogs due to lack of proper cleaning or maintenance

  • Disassembly, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel

  • Use of third-party accessories, adapters, or components not approved by TrivesGo

  • Damage caused by power adapters that do not meet the recommended specifications (5V/2A)

  • Failures resulting from improper charging, overcharging, or poor battery care

  • Normal wear and tear, including:

    • Battery capacity reduction over time

    • External cosmetic wear

    • Wear of filters, buttons, or similar components

Important Usage Disclaimer

The TrivesGo AIR is a professional tool designed for techniques such as AirTouch.

Improper use or failure to follow the instructions provided may affect performance and is not covered under warranty.

How to Request Warranty Service

You may submit your warranty request through the Warranty section on our website or by contacting us at: info@trivesgo.com
Subject: “Warranty Request”

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Date and place of purchase

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • Product serial number (printed on the packaging)

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photos and videos showing the problem

Incomplete requests may not be processed.

Evaluation Process

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation

  • TrivesGo reserves the right to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty

  • Additional information may be required during the evaluation process

  • Warranty claims may be rejected if the purchase cannot be verified

Shipping Terms

  • If the claim is approved, TrivesGo may cover or reimburse return shipping costs

  • If the claim is not approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs

Warranty Conditions

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable

  • Any replaced parts or products become the property of TrivesGo

  • Replacement units may be new or refurbished

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrivesGo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of income, business interruption, or professional impact

  • Damages resulting from improper use or inability to use the product
