AirTouch Assistant Warranty Policy

  • This product comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects or technical failures

    under normal conditions of use.

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

    • Failures resulting from incorrect charging, overcharging, or improper battery care.

    • Natural wear and tear from continuous use.

    TrivesGo is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or failure to

    follow the safety instructions included in this manual.

  • If you need to use the warranty, please email trivesgo@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Warranty Request’ and attach the following documents:

    • Full name

    • Date and place of purchase

    • Purchase receipt/invoice

    • Product’s serial number from the barcode (printed on the box). The serial number begins with AT2501- and is followed by three or four digits (e.g., AT2501-0123).

    If any of these items are missing, your warranty request cannot be processed.
