Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Photos and videos of the product

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

Return Shipping

Amazon Orders

If you purchased your product through Amazon:

  • Returns within the first 30 days must be handled through Amazon’s return system

  • After 30 days, please contact TrivesGo directly for warranty support
